Hickory House Ribs

Best Ribs in Colorado! "Paul and Staff. Thanks for another super event. The food was super and your helper did a fantastic job on organizing and taking care of my group. Our Co/Club is doing a Mexican Thursday night and told me you really put the pressure on them to perform after my event. " "Hi Paul, The food was fantastic and our guest loved the food. Thank you and to David for an amazing meal and delivery." "Dear Paul, Tom and I cannot thank you enough for the fabulous job you did not only for our rehearsal dinner but also the Sorrel’s reception. The food was delicious and the service was even better. You and your staff are “can do” folks and that makes such a difference. We loved working with you and would recommend you over and over. And, Margaret at the Diamond J is a stickler for perfection and she was thrilled with your food, service and attitude."
