He has held managerial positions with Angelo's Steak and Pasta in Myrtle Beach SC and Worked for the Courtleigh Hotel & Suites and the Sutton Place Hotel that is now "Knutsford Court" in Kingston Jamaica. In addition, he received his degree in culinary arts and have over 15 years of experience cooking in some of the finest restaurants.
